These Terms of Service govern the access to and use of our application and CRM communication platform. By using the application, you agree to comply with these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Acceptance of terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By accessing or using our application, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Services offered<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>RedVozChat<\/strong> provides a CRM platform that integrates communication channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email and others) in order to improve customer service and the commercial management of businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Registration and account use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The user is responsible for providing truthful and up-to-date information when creating an account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using the application for illegal, fraudulent activities or activities that affect third parties is prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Permitted use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The user agrees to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the application in accordance with the law and these conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not damage, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to RedVozChat's systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not use the application to send spam, offensive or illegal content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All intellectual property rights over the platform, the software and the content (except user-generated content) belong to <strong>RedVozChat<\/strong> or its licensors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. User responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The user is responsible for the content they transmit through the application and for their use of it. RedVozChat is not responsible for the interactions between the user and their customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The application is provided \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d. RedVozChat does not guarantee that the service will be free of errors or interruptions. In no event will we be liable for direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Service modifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the application or its features at any time, with or without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may suspend or cancel the user's access in the event of a breach of these conditions or misuse of the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Applicable law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of <strong>Costa Rica<\/strong>, without prejudice to the rights the user may have under the laws of their country of residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.
